ROLL PRINT BISCUIT FORM MACHINE is the main machine for the biscuit production line. It will convey the mixed / processed dough to the moulding machine, then  after mixing into a dough, then baking though the oven to get ,a loose ,delicious crispy biscuit which is well welcomed by the consumers

The machine is heated with gas. Rapid heating up and energy is saving.

The oven is grouped into heat control zones. The top and bottom heat are independently adjustable and preset. The measured temperature and preset temperature will be displayed in digital form.

To allow independent movement of the chamber to relieve stresses when expanding or contracting.

High-quality thermal insulating material is used to get good insulation and efficient fuel usage.

Steelwork, ducts and chambers paint with high temperature (400C) silvery paint. Outer covers paint with hard finish gloss paint.

OIL

SPRAY MACHINE

This machine is used for spaying oil on the surface of the baked biscuit. This step can make the biscuit surface color equally, high quality and better taste.

Conveying Speed: 10-20m/minute

It is using Centrifugal pump to pumping the oil from the oil tanker. The quantity of oil is adjusted by the valve. Motors drive the rotating disc to spray the oil on the food.

Powered though motor. When spraying the oil film, 4 motors will function simultaneously.  There are some valves in the pipe to control the oil volume.

It is equipped with a temperature control unit.

The direction of the oil spray nozzle can be adjusted in a 360manner

NETBELT COOLING CONVEYOR

Function: Oil-spraying finished biscuits are cooled through this conveyor belt.

Speed is adjustable.

Natural Cooling on the net belt.

This machine is used to turning the layout as U types when the length of the factory is not enough, It can be in 90°,180°.

BISCUIT SANDWICHING MACHINE

Adjusted by advanced step less transducer, the speed is stable.

With photoelectric control, it can automatically detect the lack of biscuits. When the machine stops, the stuff-feeder will shut-down automatically to ensure no leakage of stuff and keep the machine clean.

Arranged by the star-wheels, the biscuits are ranked orderly.

The stuffing is various and suitable for jam stuffing, butter stuffing, 2-layer and 2-color stuffing (3-biscuit2-layer stuffing or 2-biscuit 1-layer stuffing)

The temperature can be controlled automatically to ensure constant temperature for the stuffing, When various specifically ones of layer-biscuit such as rectangle, square, roundness and ellipse are changed, every parts can be adjusted rapidly and easily.

With novel aspect, the whole machine is mainly made of stainless steel and meets the foodstuff sanitation requirement.
